If you live in St. Louis, I can take photos of the home for reference. If you live outside of St. Louis, you will need to send me the photos. The better the quality, the more detail I can add to your painting.
MEASUREMENTS
All paintings are on done on 10”x12”, acid-free watercolor paper with the size of the actual image measuring 8”x10”. All paintings are unmatted, unframed and packaged with foam core for protection.
TIME FRAME
Most paintings are ready within 4-6 weeks. If you need it sooner, let me know your deadline and I will try and meet it.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Please know that what you are receiving is an original piece of artwork, hand painted using my interpretation of your photos. I will take some creative license in order to enhance the focal point of the home. In other words, I may enhance the sky, get rid of the neighbors trash cans or get those geraniums to bloom bolder. I can thin a tree or get rid of one completely if it’s blocking the house.
